Hello, some users reported us about some random bans.
To begin with, I would like to say that when a cheat is detected, all users are banned simultaneously. In our case, no more than 3% of users were banned in the past 7 days. This means, that cheat is not detected, otherwise ALL users would be VAC-banned.
We think that Valve are probably impoving their VACNet, thats why some people getting banned after using spirthack. I can only recommend playing more legitimately, dont rage or semi-rage on official matchmaking and i believe that everything will be OK.
In the end, I just want to say that we never tried to hide real detects. We value our reputation and try to be as open as possible with our users. Thank you.
