I’ve bought it twice before but this time when I pay it gives this error: Try again or contact the shop.
I also talked to the bank and they told me there was no problem with them.
I thought the problem was with my card and tried to buy it with my friend’s and dad’s card too (and different bank’s cards).
But I got the same error again.
plz help me

aga sabahtan beri kaç saattir uğraşıyorum hayır yani küçük bir yer de dğil ki kaç bin kişi kullanıyor böyle hataları herkesin yaşaması normal değil.

bu arada belki şeyden oluyor olabilir mi hani hesap bilgilerini girince sms onay kodu beklenen yerde saat olarak birkaç saat geri saati gösteriyor belki de saat uyuşmazlığındandır
(olmaması için neden düşünüyorum çok saçma)

Are you paying on a weekday? I heard in Turkey that international card payments are only working on business days.

Also, sufficient funds could be true, but maybe you bank charges for conversion, meaning you would need to add more funds and try again.

However, as a side note, we do not support Visa Gift Cards or Local Bank accounts only. Your bank must support these payment methods, as it is totally worldwide and should be working fine. With exceptions for N/A reporting some problems.

probably they are trying to buy with pre-paid cards, not conventional cc’s.

It’s not possible with prepaid, only virtual or real bank companies.
